Gombe Police Investigate Student's Mysterious Death

The Gombe State Police Command has initiated an investigation into the death of Enoch Sunday Maisamari, a 28-year-old student at the Federal University Kashere. His body was discovered in stagnant water in Sabon Garin Yero Village, located in the Akko Local Government Area of Gombe State.

The Police Public Relations Officer, Buhari Abdullahi, reported that the incident was brought to the attention of the police on Wednesday at approximately 9:30 AM. Following the discovery, the body was transported to the General Hospital in Kashere, where medical personnel confirmed his death.

Abdullahi stated that no visible marks of violence were found on the body, and ongoing investigations aim to clarify the circumstances surrounding the incident. The police have urged the public to remain calm as they continue their inquiries.
