Rotary Club of Abuja Ministers Hill Launches New Year

The Rotary Club of Abuja Ministers Hill officially commenced its 2026–2027 Rotary Year with a handover and project fundraising ceremony. New president Pius Osaroejii called for renewed commitment and collective action among members to create lasting community impact.

He expressed gratitude to the outgoing leadership for their foundational work and pledged to build on past achievements. Osaroejii emphasized the club's focus on maternal and child health, highlighting the challenges faced by women in underserved communities regarding access to basic healthcare services.

He urged members, partners, and well-wishers to contribute to community service projects, stressing that every contribution could significantly impact vulnerable populations. Ezenwa Anumnu Esq, Assistant Governor overseeing the club, praised the smooth transition to the new administration and noted that the proposed projects reflect continuity from the previous leadership.

He encouraged the immediate past president to remain involved, emphasizing that service in Rotary continues beyond one's term.
