Abiola Ogundeji Becomes Rotary Club of Agege President

The Rotary Club of Agege has officially installed Rotarian Abiola Ogundeji as its 43rd President for the 2026/2027 Rotary year during an investiture and fundraising ceremony in Lagos. Under Ogundeji's leadership, the club has secured over ₦750 million in commitments for various humanitarian projects, including educational initiatives, a vocational and digital skills training center, and land acquisition for its flagship project.

Ogundeji, a multimedia and broadcast technology consultant who joined the club in 2021, aims to achieve significant membership growth and community impact, targeting at least 5,000 direct beneficiaries through vocational skills development and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) projects. The DSE Foundation pledged ₦690 million towards these initiatives, while Past President Wale Adebiyi contributed ₦10 million.

Ogundeji emphasized the importance of unity and passion in his administration, which is themed "Evolution," and aims to deepen the club's impact in Agege.
