Fadahunsi Accuses Adeleke of Harboring Killers in Osun

Senator Francis Fadahunsi accused Governor Ademola Adeleke of harboring killers in Osun State during a media chat on August 15. Fadahunsi alleged that Adeleke promotes illegal mining activities in the state, collecting N300 per miner daily.

He claimed that the governor associates with known criminals and cultists, referencing a notorious cult linked to a student’s murder in 2018. Fadahunsi criticized Adeleke for not arresting criminals and allowing them to operate freely, while also expressing frustration over the governor's collaboration with the Amotekun security outfit to target perceived enemies.

He stated that the people of Osun are ready to vote against Adeleke in the upcoming governorship election, emphasizing that the governor would "definitely meet Waterloo" in the election scheduled for August 15. Fadahunsi's remarks reflect growing concerns among constituents regarding security and governance in the state.
