Tinubu Leads Rally for Oyebanji's Re-election in Ekiti

On Tuesday, President Bola Tinubu called on the people of Ekiti State to re-elect Governor Biodun Oyebanji in the upcoming governorship election scheduled for Saturday. Speaking at an APC mega rally, Tinubu commended the residents for their steadfast support of the party and highlighted Oyebanji's leadership qualities and achievements.

The rally featured 18 governors and 24 senators, including Senate President Godswill Akpabio and Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin. Tinubu emphasized the importance of maintaining good relationships among various community members, including farmers and students, and noted recent infrastructural projects in Ekiti, such as the longest flyover in the country.

Akpabio described Oyebanji as a peaceful and humble leader, while Uba Sani expressed confidence in the party's victory. Oyebanji's administration has been credited with significant improvements in education, worker welfare, and infrastructure.

Former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose also declared his support for Oyebanji, recognizing his unifying leadership style.
