Prominent Figures Attend Wedding of Buni’s Son in Maiduguri

The wedding ceremony of Muham Indimi, son of Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni, and Fatiha Zulum, daughter of Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum, took place in Maiduguri. The event was attended by notable dignitaries including Vice President Kashim Shettima, Africa's richest man Aliko Dangote, Speaker of the House of Representatives Abba Tajudeen, and Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin.

Several governors from various states, including Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe, Uba Sani of Kaduna, and Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano, were present, alongside traditional rulers from Nigeria and neighboring Cameroon. The groom's family presented 12 gold coins valued at ₦9.6 million as dowry.

The wedding ceremony included a Fatiha held at Shehu Borno's mosque, officiated by Imam Idaini Sheikh Mamman Saleh, who solemnized the union and offered prayers for the couple.
