Stanbic IBTC Holdings Declares ₦4.50 Interim Dividend H1 2026

Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC announced an interim dividend of ₦4.50 per ordinary share of 50 kobo each for the half-year period ended 30 June 2026, amounting to a total payout of ₦71,557,961,607. The dividend is subject to applicable withholding tax deductions and regulatory approval.

Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Thursday, 15 October 2026 will qualify for the dividend. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Friday, 16 October 2026 to Friday, 23 October 2026.

The company has offered shareholders a scrip dividend alternative, allowing them to elect to receive new ordinary shares instead of cash. The scrip allotment price will be based on the volume weighted average price (VWAP) of the company's shares on the Nigerian Exchange Limited for five business days commencing from the ex-dividend date. The scrip allotment price is to be communicated to shareholders on Friday, 23 October 2026, with elections accepted until Friday, 6 November 2026.

Cash dividend payment is scheduled for Friday, 13 November 2026, exclusively through electronic transfer for shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration. No bonus share issue was declared. First Registrars & Investor Services Limited is the appointed registrar.
