APC's Sani Urges Wike to Focus on Governance, Not Attacks

Sani, an APC chieftain, urged Minister Wike to cease attacks on political opponents and focus on the welfare of workers. Speaking in Abuja, he recommended that Wike adopt a more measured public engagement style, similar to Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma, who prioritizes governance and project delivery without resorting to verbal attacks.

Sani criticized Wike's tendency to use project commissioning events for political rhetoric, warning that such combative language could overshadow the infrastructure achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration. He emphasized the importance of addressing human capital development and municipal services alongside physical infrastructure, highlighting ongoing issues like erratic water supply and waste management in the FCT.

Sani stated that while Wike is building infrastructure, he should also prioritize the welfare of essential workers, including teachers and healthcare professionals. He concluded by urging Wike to focus on executing the President's agenda for Abuja and let his work speak for itself.
