MTN Launches Zigi Rewards with Cash Prizes Up to ₦100M

MTN has launched Zigi Rewards, an initiative encouraging customers to engage with its AI-powered chatbot, Zigi. Users can earn CashToken Rewards by completing qualifying activities such as buying airtime or data.

Each CashToken Reward serves as an entry into a weekly draw for cash prizes ranging from ₦5,000 to ₦100 million. Notably, no purchase is necessary to earn the first CashToken Reward, making it accessible for all users.

Additionally, the first 1,000 customers each day who complete qualifying activities will receive a CashToken Reward. Customers who consistently engage with Zigi for a week can qualify for the Weekly Streak & Draw, where selected winners can receive a ₦10,000 voucher.

However, qualifying for the draw does not guarantee receipt of the voucher.
