ADC Rejects Suspension of Senator Ireti Kingibe as Invalid

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has officially dismissed reports regarding the suspension of Senator Ireti Kingibe, labeling the claims as illegitimate and without effect. Bolaji Abdullahi, the national secretary of the ADC, responded to inquiries about the situation, stating that the party had not received any official communication confirming the suspension.

Abdullahi clarified that even decisions taken at the ward level do not hold constitutional authority within the party's framework. He emphasized that the actions reported were not in accordance with the party's constitution, and thus, any such suspension lacks legitimacy.
