TikToker Remanded for Alleged Cyberbullying of Mohbad's Widow

Oladimeji Ham, a 27-year-old TikToker, was remanded by the Ikeja Magistrate's Court for alleged cyberbullying of Omowunmi Aloba, the widow of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad. Ham was arraigned on Tuesday with six counts related to cyberstalking and public harm.

He pleaded not guilty, and the court granted him bail with two sureties, including a civil servant, who must provide evidence of a bank balance of at least N700,000 and tax compliance. The charges stem from incidents occurring on February 8 and March 14, 2026, where Ham allegedly published posts suggesting that Omowunmi planned to flee the country and shared derogatory content about her.

The prosecution claims that his actions caused emotional distress and public ridicule towards Omowunmi. The case has been adjourned for further hearing on February 19, 2026.
