The closure follows the scheduling of a Board of Directors meeting for Friday, October 23, 2026, at 10:00am. The primary agenda item disclosed is the deliberation on the company's 2026 Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q3 UFS).

The closed period will remain in effect from October 1, 2026, until 24 hours after the Q3 UFS has been filed with the NGX. During this window, all insiders and related persons are prohibited from trading in the company's shares, as required under NGX regulations.
