Transcorp Power Plc Board Meeting Scheduled for October 20, 2026

Transcorp Power Plc (TRANSPOWER) has filed a board meeting notification with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), disclosing that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The primary agenda item is the consideration of the company's Quarter 3, 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements, covering the period ending September 30, 2026.

In line with Rule 17.18(a) of the NGX Rulebook, 2015 (As Amended), the company has entered a closed period effective Thursday, October 1, 2026. The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 financials are officially filed on the NGX Issuers' Portal and released to the public.
