Uba Sani's Bridge Project Transforms Isolated Communities

Governor Uba Sani's bridge reconstruction project has revitalized communities in Kaduna State that had suffered years of isolation due to a collapsed bridge. The project, located in Giwa Local Government Area, has restored access to markets, healthcare facilities, and farmland, which were severely disrupted during the rainy season.

Residents, including farmers from Marabar Yakawada and community members like Mallam Ibrahim and Mallam Muhammad Aminu, faced significant challenges in transportation and access to essential services. The reconstruction has notably improved emergency healthcare delivery, reducing delays that previously contributed to maternal and infant mortality.

During a media tour led by Kaduna State Commission for Information, Ahm Maiyaki, journalists were informed about the project's impact on local communities. Governor Uba Sani emphasized the importance of investing in infrastructure to enhance the quality of life for citizens, particularly in rural areas, and to promote economic growth.
