Kayode Aruleba Elected President of Warwick Alumni Association

Kayode Aruleba has been elected as the new President of the Warwick University Nigeria Alumni Association, succeeding Olukemi Ogutuga-Awodein, who completed her three-year tenure. The election took place during the association’s Annual General Meeting at The Nordic Hotel in Lagos.

The newly elected Executive Committee includes Titus Osikoya as Vice-President, Adedolapo Onikan as Secretary, Mariam Chukwuemeka as Deputy Secretary, Emmanuel Anumbor as Treasurer, and Noble Obasi as Legal Adviser. The new leadership aims to strengthen engagement, mentorship, inclusiveness, and professional networking among Warwick alumni in Nigeria.

In her farewell remarks, Ogutuga-Awodein reflected on her tenure and encouraged the incoming executive to pursue their vision with determination. She acknowledged that some objectives were not fully realized but expressed gratitude to her committee members for their support.

The transition signifies a new chapter for the alumni community, with optimism for future achievements and collaboration among members.
