Fire Destroys Car at Kwara Hotel Due to Wiring Fault

On April 29, 2026, at approximately 11:38 PM, a fire outbreak occurred at the Phoenix Hotel located at Tank Junction in Ilorin South Local Government Area, Kwara State, destroying a Honda Accord vehicle with registration number DTH 753 AA. The Kwara State Fire Service, led by Director Hassan Adekunle, responded quickly to the incident, managing to bring the fire under control and extinguishing it by 12:15 AM.
