Unilorin Celebrates 16 First Class Law Graduates

In a significant achievement for the University of Ilorin, sixteen law graduates have attained First Class honors in the recently concluded bar final examinations of the Nigerian Law School. This accomplishment was disclosed by Mr.

Kunle Akogun, the Director of Corporate Affairs at the university, in a press statement made available to newsmen in Ilorin on Thursday. This marks the first time in the history of the university's Faculty of Law that such a large number of graduates have achieved First Class honors in the final bar examinations, surpassing the previous record set in 2023 when ten graduates achieved the same distinction.

The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewol, SAN, attributed this success to the effective administrative style and service delivery efforts of the university.

He expressed pride in the graduates' performance and emphasized the strong academic foundation and culture of excellence nurtured at the university. Additionally, Prof.

Egbewol encouraged the graduates to continue serving as good ambassadors of the university in their future endeavors.
