Kwara APC Urged to Support Women in Leadership Roles

During a speech in Ilorin, Mopelola Abdulmalik, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), called for the party to concede the deputy governorship and speakership positions to women in Kwara State. She highlighted the qualifications of female party members and their unwavering loyalty and contributions to the party's growth and success.

Abdulmalik noted that the APC has a historic opportunity to enhance its reputation for gender inclusivity in Nigerian politics. She commended Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for his unprecedented commitment to women's participation in governance, describing Kwara State as a model for inclusive leadership.

Abdulmalik reaffirmed her commitment to mobilizing support for women within the APC and expressed confidence in the party's governorship candidate, Rt. Hon.

Salihu Yakubu Danladi, to ensure electoral victory.
