Prophet Akujor warns of assassination plot against Obi

Prophet Nnamdi Akujor of Overcomers International Mission in Owerri has made several prophetic predictions regarding Nigeria's political landscape ahead of the 2027 presidential election. He foresees an assassination attempt on Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), stating that he saw Obi being shot while campaigning.

Akujor also predicts that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will secure a second term in office but warns of significant crises and turmoil within the Presidential Villa during this tenure. These revelations were shared during the 2026 International Youth Fellowship Convention, which was led by Bishop (Mrs.) Francisca Ihuoma Ezeugo.

Akujor emphasized the need for Nigerians to pray for Obi, claiming there are conspiracies against him, and expressed a desire for divine protection over the nation to prevent bloodshed during the elections.
