800 Nigerian Deportees Received from Niger Republic

On a recent operation reported on Sunday, 800 Nigerian deportees were received from the Niger Republic at the Jibia Magama border in Katsina State. The deportees, who arrived at 9:30 AM aboard eight buses, included men, women, and children.

The return of these individuals is part of a coordinated effort involving the Nigerian Immigration Service, Nigerian Customs Service, and the Police Intelligence Agency. The exercise aims to ensure proper documentation and security screening of the deportees.

Following this initial reception, the deportees are set to be moved to Kano State for further necessary actions. This operation highlights ongoing immigration management efforts and the collaboration between various Nigerian security agencies in handling deportations.
