AIG Dankombo Advocates Security Collaboration in Benue

During a visit to the Lower Benue River Basin Development Authority headquarters in Makurdi, AIG Dankombo emphasized the need for collaboration between security agencies and public institutions to improve security around critical infrastructure in Benue State. The meeting included members of the Zone 4 Police Management Team and focused on fostering a safer environment for socio-economic activities.

AIG Dankombo noted that strategic partnerships are essential to address emerging security challenges and promote national development. He highlighted the importance of intelligence sharing and mutual support among stakeholders.

Mr. Teres Ninga, the Managing Director of the Lower Benue River Basin Development Authority, expressed appreciation for the visit and described the relationship with the police as cordial and productive.

He noted that deploying security personnel along strategic locations has significantly contributed to reducing criminal activities, thereby improving safety for workers and residents. AIG Dankombo reiterated the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to protect lives and property within the region.
