The telecommunications giant communicated this alert through its official customer support account on X, cautioning against unauthorized links and social media posts inviting subscribers to claim the supposed data bundle.

MTN clarified that the legitimate 25GB anniversary offer is exclusively available through its official platforms, specifically the MyMTN NG App and MTN eShop. The company urged customers to disregard any third-party promotions and to only follow instructions from verified communication channels.

Additionally, MTN reminded subscribers that the anniversary bundle has a validity period, which must be redeemed before 11:59 p.m. on the specified expiry date.
