CAF's Samson Adamu Praises NFF's Legacy Projects

Samson Adamu, the General Secretary of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), commended the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) for its landmark legacy projects during a visit to Abuja. Adamu inspected ongoing projects, including a FIFA player hostel and a new training pitch at the MKO Abiola National Stadium.

He expressed admiration for the scale and quality of the infrastructure, describing it as a legacy investment that will shape the future of Nigerian football. Adamu noted that these facilities will provide a solid foundation for developing young talent and strengthening the country's football ecosystem.

He congratulated the NFF leadership, led by Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, for their commitment to delivering the projects within the agreed timeline of two years, with approximately nine months remaining. The artificial pitch is reported to be 80% complete, and the NFF will continue to work closely with stakeholders to ensure steady progress and quality work.
