Cleric Advocates for Balance Between Worship and Industry

Khalid, referred to as the "Digital Imam," delivered a keynote address during the launch of two books by Felix Joseph Samari in Yola, Adamawa State. He expressed concern that some clerics negatively portray religion, which hinders societal development despite Nigeria's high religious practice.

Khalid asserted that any society with more places of worship than industries will not prosper and called for government regulation of religious activities to prevent the promotion of deviant acts. He urged politicians to adopt inclusiveness in their manifestos for the 2027 general elections and warned voters against those who exploit religion for political gain.

Khalid praised Samari for his books, “When My Name Wasn’t Called” and “The Implicated: Religion, Identity and the Nigerian Condition,” which encourage hope and explore the relationship between religion and Nigeria's social issues. His Royal Majesty Kwandi Nunguraya Kuruhaye Dishon Dansanda and reviewers Dr Adamu Babikkoi and Dr. Johnson Madi commended Samari for his advocacy of peace and religious tolerance.
