Apama Denies Involvement in TMT Visa Fraud Allegations

Dïke Osinachi, popularly known as Apama, responded to public pressure for his arrest amid allegations of involvement in the TMT visa fraud case. A video of Apama addressing the situation circulated on social media on September 2, 2026, following the arrest of TMT, a visa agent accused of defrauding over 200 Nigerians through visa-related transactions.

Due to his association with TMT, some Nigerians demanded scrutiny of Apama. He firmly denied any financial or professional ties with TMT, stating he never received money from him, was never appointed by him, and that TMT had never processed any visa on his behalf.

Apama revealed that he had contacted TMT privately earlier in 2026, advising him to settle his debts to prevent the situation from escalating. He expressed that had TMT heeded his advice, the matter would not have reached its current scale.
