Emiko Named Interim Chairman of Digital Bridge Institute

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has appointed Princess Oforitsener Emiko as the Interim Chairman of the Governing Board of the Digital Bridge Institute (DBI). This appointment is part of a strategic move to design a repository for the institute as it enters a new era in Nigeria's digital economy.

Emiko will collaborate with the board's executive commission, which includes Abraham Oshadami as the Executive Commissioner for Technical Services and Rimini Makama as the Executive Commissioner for Stakeholder Management. Nnenna Ukoha, the Director of Public Affairs at NCC, announced the appointment in a statement.

The interim leadership, alongside President and CEO David Daser, will focus on transforming the institute and will concentrate on five key areas: education, training, research, development, and innovation to impact economic growth and emerging policies and regulations.
