Nigerians Better Off Under Tinubu, Says Reno Omokri

Reno Omokri, the Ambassador-designate to Mexico, asserted that Nigerians are experiencing better living conditions under President Bola Tinubu's administration compared to previous times. During an interview on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics, Omokri emphasized that, despite global oil sector disruptions, fuel availability has improved, eliminating the need for citizens to queue at petrol stations.

He noted that there have been no nationwide strikes by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) since Tinubu took office, allowing students to complete their studies without interruption. Omokri also pointed out that the primary challenge facing Nigeria is the issue of out-of-school children, which he claims the Tinubu administration is actively addressing.

He mentioned that there are approximately 20 million out-of-school children in Nigeria and highlighted that President Tinubu is making investments in education to tackle this issue.
