First, the Company's Board of Directors will convene via Zoom tele-conferencing on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 3:00 pm. The primary agenda item is the receipt and consideration of the Company's Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (2026 Q3 UFS) for the period ending September 30, 2026.
