Stanbic IBTC Holdings Closed Period Starts October 2026

Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and its shareholders of the commencement of a closed period effective 1 October 2026. The filing also discloses that a Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for 23 October 2026 to consider the company's Third Quarter 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements.
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC filed a corporate action notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on 30 September 2026, informing shareholders that its closed period commenced on 1 October 2026. The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the company's Third Quarter 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements are released to NGX.
