Kano Assembly Welcomes Two New Members After Elections

On Tuesday, the Kano State Assembly, led by Speaker Jibril Isma Il Falgor, swore in two newly elected lawmakers: Sa Adu Aminu, who will represent Ungogo, and Nabil Aliyu Sarki Daneji, representing Kano Municipal. Their elections were part of a supplementary poll conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to fill seats that became vacant due to earlier legal disputes and political realignments.

Sa Adu Aminu pledged to work tirelessly for the progress of Ungogo and to defend the interests of the people who entrusted him with their mandate. Similarly, Nabil Aliyu Sarki Daneji assured his colleagues from Kano Municipal of his commitment to faithfully discharge his responsibilities and meet the expectations of the electorate.
