Kano Assembly Welcomes Two New Members After Elections

On a recent date, the Kano State Assembly officially swore in two new members: Sa Adu Aminu Sa Adu, who will represent Ungogo Constituency, and Nabil Aliyu Sarki Daneji, who will represent Kano Municipal Constituency. Their elections were conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as part of a supplementary poll aimed at filling seats that had been left vacant due to earlier legal disputes.

Sa Adu Aminu Sa Adu, representing the All Progressives Congress (APC), pledged to work tirelessly for the progress of Ungogo and to defend the interests of the people who entrusted him with their mandate. Nabil Aliyu Sarki Daneji also assured his colleagues from Kano Municipal of his commitment to faithfully discharge his responsibilities and meet the expectations of his constituents.
