Emiliano Martinez Eager for Chelsea Transfer Before Deadline

After a proposed move to Juventus fell through, Martinez is now focused on Chelsea, having already expressed his approval of the club's project.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Martinez has agreed to the possibility of joining Chelsea. Currently, Chelsea has not made a final decision regarding the transfer, with internal discussions ongoing.

Romano also noted that Tottenham is not pursuing Martinez, as they are satisfied with their current goalkeeping options. Martinez has established himself as a leading goalkeeper in the Premier League since joining Aston Villa from Arsenal in 2020 and played a crucial role in Argentina's victory at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
