Osun Lawmaker Abiola Inaolaji Arrested with Thugs

On Saturday, the Osun State Police Command arrested Abiola Inaolaji, a serving member of the state House of Assembly representing the Irewole/Isokan State Constituency and affiliated with the Accord Party. The arrest occurred in Ikire, Irewole Local Government Area, during a police operation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Intelligence Response Team (IRT).

Alongside Inaolaji, 146 suspected political thugs were also apprehended. DSP Abiosun Ojelabi, the Police Public Relations Officer, confirmed the arrests in Osogbo, stating that this operation is part of intensified security measures aimed at preventing actions that could undermine the credibility of the electoral process in the state.
