APM Commends Makinde for New Surveillance Aircraft in Oyo

The Allied People’s Movement (APM) has praised Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde for the procurement of two DA 42 MNG model surveillance aircraft aimed at improving security operations within the state. These aircraft, equipped with advanced surveillance technology, are designed for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions, capable of identifying targets from various altitudes.

APM National Chairman Yusuf Mamman Dantalle stated that the aircraft will bolster the efforts of national security agencies, including the Amotekun Corps, in addressing issues such as terrorism, banditry, and kidnapping. This initiative aligns with Section 14(2)b of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria, emphasizing the government's primary responsibility for the security and welfare of its citizens.

Dantalle commended Makinde's leadership and governance style, urging residents to support the APM in the upcoming elections. He expressed confidence that Makinde, as the APM presidential candidate, would extend his effective governance nationwide if elected in 2027.
