US and Nigeria Enhance Counterterrorism Cooperation

Members of the Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAFRICA) convened with Brigadier General N. Ashinze, Director of Operations of the Nigerian Defence Intelligence Agency (NDIA), in Stuttgart, Germany, to strengthen security cooperation between the United States and Nigeria.
