Zamfara Stadium Upgrade Nears Completion, Set for February Handover

The upgrade of Zamfara's Sardauna Memorial Stadium is at 90% completion, with a handover scheduled for February. The project, initiated during Governor Dauda Lawal's administration in 2023, aims to revamp the dilapidated stadium.

Haruna Dikko, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, commended the quality of work done by Monimichel Sport Company and assured necessary support for the project's timely completion. The project includes improvements to the main bowl stadium, player facilities, and drainage systems.
