No. Federal agencies, the armed forces and the paramilitary services repeatedly state that their recruitment is free, and that they do not sell application forms, shortlist places or appointment letters. Anyone asking for money to secure a job is very likely running a scam.
How do I know a recruitment portal is real?
Apply only through the organisation’s own website, which for federal bodies normally ends in .gov.ng, or a portal that website links to. Be wary of links shared only on WhatsApp or social media, look-alike web addresses, and messages that pressure you to act within hours.
